We’re back in the swing of things now with our second meeting of the month in Stirling. It’s on Monday, the 16th of February, 2026.

As usual it’s between 1100 and 1300 (11-1) at Stirling County Cricket Club. So come along and have a chat and take advantage of the therapy sessions.

Then on Thursday, 19th of February at 10:30am, we have the latest in the regular online Neuro Physio sessions with Katy Page.

These are mainly seated exercises tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

You can see all events on the Calendar of Events on our website. All our events are open to anyone who is a member of Neuro Central. The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions are on our website.
