Neuro Central Email - week beginning 09/02/2026

Welcome back

It was good to see so many of you at the first meeting in Stirling last Monday. I trust the Perth meeting will be similarly well attended.

This week it’s the turn of Auchterarder with their first meeting of the year. It’s on Wednesday, 11th of February at St Margaret’s Hospital Outpatients at 6:30 - 8:30 pm.

It’s the first meeting back after the festive break so a chance to meet up with old friends and welcome any newcomers. There will be chat, therapies and refreshments. And the chance to pot up a few seeds for some spring plants.

This week, Katy Page has other commitments and is unable to hold the weekly online neuro physio exercise class. However, she will be back on Thursday 19th of February. In the meantime, you can, if you wish, follow an exercise class by Katy on video at the Neurological Physiotherapy section on this page of our website: https://www.neurocentral.org.uk/helpful-links

You can see all events on the Calendar of Events on our website. All our events are open to anyone who is a member of Neuro Central. The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions are on our website.

Our events this year are being supported by Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire Community's Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, Perth Community Investment Fund, and M&G (Stirling) Community Grant.

Best wishes

Alan Reed, Neuro Central Volunteer.
