Neuro Central email for week beginning 23/02/2026

Hi there,

There are no face to face meetings this week.

At 1030-1130 on Thursday, 26th February, we have the latest in Neuro Physio sessions with Katy Page.

These take place over Zoom

These are seated exercises tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.

The class is held over Zoom and you can join with this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82527741677?pwd=W9yfUVfbqsw0zS2srx7ipHh0pkODbI.1

Meeting ID: 825 2774 1677 : Passcode: 893117

If you have problems with navigating Zoom, then get in touch. We’ll do our best to help.

Also on Thursday, the 26th of February (from 7:00pm - 8:00pm) we have the latest Mindfulness session with Adrienne Hannah -leave those stresses behind you and learn how to be Mindful rather than Mind Full!

This monthly session is an opportunity for those who have attended a mindfulness course to keep in touch with their practice, and for new members to learn how to still their busy mind.

The session is held over Zoom and you can join with this link:

Please join us for either or both of these sessions.

You can see all events on the Calendar of Events on our website. All our events are open to anyone who is a member of Neuro Central. The only travel limitation on the in-person events is whether you can get there. Directions are on our website.

Our events this year are being supported by Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire Community's Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, Perth Community Investment Fund, and M&G (Stirling) Community Grant.

Best wishes

(I’m off to Cambodia and Japan for the next month, so the emails will come from Paul Rimmer.
