The annual report and accounts which are currently in draft format can be read through this link: Neuro Central Annual Report and Financial Statement to 30 June 2025 DRAFT.pdf The details are not expected to change.
As you can see from the agenda and if you are able to join us, there is an opportunity for questions during the meeting. If you are not able to be part of the meeting, either in person or by Zoom, please email me any questions you have, and I will send you a reply.
You will note Item 9 on the agenda - Annual Membership Subscription. The Board proposes to maintain the subscription at the current amount of £10.00.
You are reminded that our constitution clause 16.5 says ‘In case of financial hardship, the Board may, at its discretion, waive the membership fee if application is made by a member to the Board’.
The meeting will also see the retirement of some trustees and re-elections in line with the requirements of the constitution. This provides for a maximum of 11 trustees to be appointed at the AGM. Please let me know if you wish to nominate yourself or another member for election. Please also contact me if you want information on the role of the trustees.
Although not an official part of the AGM, we are also keen to hear from anyone who would like to help out through membership of the Sub-Committee. This group is responsible for organising the regular events that we put on for you. If we have more volunteers, it will spread the workload and make things easier for everyone. Please contact me or any one of the committee if you want to find out more about what’s involved.
