Hello All
I have been told by Adrienne that this week’s Mindfulness session will have to start at 8:00 pm instead of 7:00 pm. It will go on until 9:00 pm.

Mindfulness session with Adrienne Hannah - leave those stresses behind you and learn how to be Mindful rather than Mind Full! This monthly session is an opportunity for those who have attended a mindfulness course to keep in touch with their practice, and for new members to learn how to still their busy mind.
