There aren’t any face to face meetings until February, however this is a reminder of a re-start to the online physio sessions given by Katy Page. They start this week on Thursday the 15th

Neuro Physio exercise classes with Katy Page – at 1030 on Thursday, 15th January via Zoom.

- mainly seated exercises tailored to the needs of the group, from the comfort of your own home.
