  • From Aber take the Devils Bridge road (A1420) from Southgate for about 3 km to Moriah.
  • Immediately on leaving Moriah, on a sweeping left-hand bend, fork RIGHT onto a lane through a wide-open gateway. (There is a bungalow in a large garden on the left of the lane and tall beech trees on the right).
  • Continue along the lane for about 400m,
  • Go straight past two driveways on the left to the Home Farm buildings, then down a dip with a modern house (Fountains) on the right,
  • Drive another 100m to a wide bell-mouth on left-hand side with parking space for about ten cars. This is not Coed Tamsin!
  • Continue down a steep incline to the end of the tarmac lane, then continue carefully straight on along an unsurfaced 50 metres to a wide gateway on left-hand side.
  • Plenty of space to park. The last 50m are a bit rough but manageable for normal cars. Bob recommends keeping to one side of the track as there is a ridge in the middle of this section.
  • Anyone with low slung sports car can stop at the earlier parking space then walk, with thanks to Roger and Judith Bray for this permission.
