Mae Ceredigion yn ardal bwysig oherwydd ei chynefinoedd glaswelltir, a hoffai ein Partneriaeth Natur Leol gael gwybod sut y gallwn gynorthwyo pobl i wneud yn fawr o’r cynefin rhyfeddol hwn.

Ceredigion Local Nature Partnership - Survey on Support for Meadow Management Species-rich, or semi-natural, grassland is an ecologically valuable habitat that has undergone a huge decline over the last century. Ceredigion is important for its grassland habitats and our Local Nature Partnership would like to find out how we can support people to make the most of this amazing habitat.
Please help us work out what additional support may be needed to restore and enhance our special grassland habitats by completing our online survey, which can be found here, or www.surveymonkey.com/r/ceredigionmeadows.
This survey closes on 13th January 2024.

| Wastewater Treatment Visit and Information Dwr Cymru are working to reduce the amount of phosphorus in their final effluent with the aim of reducing the impact of their assets, on Special Areas of Conservation catchments failing phosphorus targets. You are invited to a site walkover of Lampeter Wastewater Treatment Works on Tuesday 12th December 10am-12pm to learn more about the science behind wastewater treatment, the challenging nature of the pipes that serve communities and their plans for protecting our waterways. Yn Eisiau – Nythod wedi eu Gadael Roedd Elliott (11) yn rhyfeddu at faint o blastig oedd mewn nyth cotiar ym Mae Caerdydd, a phenderfynodd astudio plastig mewn nythod yng Ngorllewin Cymru ar gyfer Gwobr Ceidwad yr Ymddiriedolaeth Bywyd Gwyllt. | Wanted – Abandoned Nests. Shocked by the amount of plastic in a Coot nest in Cardiff Bay, Elliott (11) decided to study plastic in nests in West Wales for his Wildlife Trust Ranger Award. Please send any abandoned nests from nest boxes to Elliott. Please email sejones79@hotmail.com for the address. If possible, please include the species, a grid reference and location. Thank you.
