CEREDIGION NATURE FESTIVAL
Join us for a day of wildlife, creativity, discovery and community at the Ceredigion Nature Festival, taking place on Saturday 11 July, 10am–4pm, at the Castle Green, Aberystwyth.
WEST WALES WILD WATCH
Free wildlife recording sessions with West Wales Biodiversity Information Centre. A great way to discover the local wildlife. 10am – 1pm.

Sunday 5th at Pencoedtop Woodland, Ffrostrasol.
Wednesday 8th at Pendinas, Aberystwyth.
Wednesday 15th at Rhosmaencrug, Llangwyrfon.

Water Management Webinar
'Trees & Water: Promoting resilience in Community Tree Nurseries' - Wednesday 24th June 6.30 – 7.30pm.
Foraging Walk
Go for a stroll from the river to the castle with Ffynnon Community Resilience, Cilgerran. Saturday 27th June 2pm. See attached.
Forest School Nature Camp
Join Young Rangers at Denmark farm with the whole family from Sunday 5th – Wednesday 8th July for fun in the forest and an opportunity to camp if you wish. See attached.
Nature Bingo
Join Seawatch and Josh the Wildlife Man on Sunday 12th July 11am-1pm for a nature walk from New Quay and a nature Bingo walk. See attached.
Level 2 Nature Based Activity Leader
Four days of training- equivalent to a GCSE.
Learn practical skills -fire, tools, shelters, knots, cooking and plant ID.
Learn how to sustainably use your green space
No work-based assessment required
Majority of coursework completed during training days

CommuniTree

Llais y Goedwig are working on the CommuniTree project, promoting local provenance tree supply Wales. We are currently looking for small-scale tree nurseries that grow local provenance trees and or collect local provenance seeds in order to start to map the sector and gauge capacity and support needed .
