Marketing Minute: Shaun Fowler

Shaun’s marketing message today: Use AI! It took him a while to get into it but, once he did, he’s found many benefits:

• AI saves time: he uses it when he’s driving by talking to ChatGPT…it takes in what he says and summarizes the content.

• Images and visuals for presentations: ChatGPT links to Canva, so he can go right from one into the other to create the materials he wants/needs.

• Great for note-taking: Again, while driving, Shaun dictates notes and AI hears him, summarizes and even organizes the information.

Kurt gave a ‘show and tell’ of what he does and how he does it as a realtor. He talked about what buyers and sellers need to do, especially in this market to get the house or sale they want. He explained how to market a house with photos and Matterport video tours, and passed around the various documents and forms he uses with buyers and sellers and all of the details involved.

Kurt said that real estate is full of disappointment: people don’t get the sale they want or the house they want, so he relies on his experience and skills as a seasoned realtor to help set realistic expectations from both sides and help ease the process.

He also showed one of Tom Breslawski’s home inspection reports; confirming it’s the best he’s seen due to how comprehensive it is but very readable and understandable.
