Kurt shared a hand-out from a ReMax conference which continued our last marketing minute (Shaun, AI) about getting great results, with a help from tech…

• Ask AI for some good questions to learn about your prospect

• Use ChatGPT to write ideas (not necessarily the words) for social media posts

• Download reviews & AI can summarize them to show you what clients feel most strongly about.

It also had ideas for unique gifts, video use, local events and a few suggested books.

💡 Set up a one-on-one with a marketing buddy & use this list to brainstorm with each other!

Robert began with a story of the cost explosion the US Olympic Committee suffered years ago, which is why he puts two things front & center at his agency: 1) Agent communication and 2) Coverage Expectation.

Fujimura Insurance does not set rates, however they do research to find best coverage in relation to cost. He was quick also, to praise Kate for her role in communicating with clients.

Product, Premium and Service all play a role at the Fujimura Agency.
