Marketing Minute: Dale Sparks
Dale gave an overview of “Raving Fans” by Ken Blanchard and Sheldon Bowles. The book talks about how to convert happy customers into ‘raving fans’ by outlining the problem and providing the solution of three secrets.
Dale has experienced many instances of this and gave a recent example of a client he’s had for more than 15 years. She’s referred many people over the years, including one just this week.

Payroll: At a predictive cost, she generates payroll, tax administration and year-end compliance
Workers’s Compensation: Lisa makes sure employess are in the correct class code and handles claims paperwork
Unemployment: She makes payment premiums up front and ensures process is followed and runs smoothly
Disability/PFML: If employee needs to go on dis, she handles paperwork for all everything
Benefits: Lisa handles medical, dental, vision and retirement plans
She provides personalized I2I service, not AI! As in, eye to eye, authentic service to each and every client.
Lisa’s call to action: Send the provided stamped envelope to someone you know. A good referral is someone who has:
1-20 employees
Is a skilled trade, such as trucking, light manufacturing, machine shop, etc.
Personal service provider, such as home care
Someone who has one support person in their office
