Marketing Minute: Tom Breslawski
Tom shared that while on vacation recently, he received a question that inspectors hate to get: new property owners found something that wasn’t noted in his report and wondered if he might know what it was? He recognized immediately what probably happened and quickly replied that he did, what may have happened and provided a couple of suggestions. Though not completely at fault, Tom apologized and the owner accepted it; he owned up to it and she was appreciative.
Our current customers are our best ones, so if you handle things right, own up to potential errors or mistakes and they’ll stay happy and keep referring you.

Darryl shared interesting family history, showing photographs of his father and grandfather working with a Heidelberg press and describing how labor-intensive that process was. Fast forward to today, Darryl passed around books and coloring books he’s helped publish - much easier with today’s technology! - and upcoming projects.
