Marketing Minute: Hugh Miller

Hugh gave us 10 (out of Bill Murphy’s 20) Beautiful Truths Highly Successful People Understand (But Other People Struggle to Accept):

1. Nobody cares when you fail.

Rich covered an overview of Command Computing’s service offerings. A few are email configuration/migration, spam and phishing protection and backup, hardware and network cleanup.

He touched briefly on his email services that he presented about previously but really wanted to dig a little more into how he can stop SPAM and phishing. He blocks credential attacks and stop useless SPAM. Rich also talked about a newer use of “greymail” where it’s being sent out using bulk email services.

Rich also provides solid backup services - how he can help when purchasing and setting up client hardware. And he showed before and after photos where he not only cleans up messy cable environments, but also labels everything and even provides binder with all of the info his clients need for quick questions.
