Marketing Minute: Shantae Russell
Shantae shared ‘Marketing on a Strict Budget’, with most companies typically running very thin on their budgets. What’s a business owner to do?
He proposes that instead of giving Google your marketing dollars, choose your favorite local coffee shop (or other local business) and partner with them. For example, offer an amount you’d consider investing in Google Ads to a local shop with foot traffic in exchange for setting up a table where you can promote your business when customers enter.
Another idea: Select a kids sport’s team and offer to buy the rights to the front of their jersey for your business name/logo to be displayed. These last a long time and can be used for years.
Community business is all about community!
Presenter: Chris Moulton

Chris shared key sales points to look for:
“My phone is old but can’t afford to upgrade.”
Many times he can find a special to help out.
“I love Verizon but they’re just too darn expensive!”
Yes, they are but when you work with Chris, he’s known to find deals that only he has access to (ie loyalty discounts).
“WOW, I wish my phone could take pictures like that!”
This is usually from someone who has an older phone they may keep because it’s less expensive but, since he can find deals, he can help buy new to take great photos.
Things happening now at the Wireless Zone:
iPhone 17 pre-orders are less than 30 days away!
Unbeatable promotions:
Keep phone your current/old, add a new line that old phone and get it free for 3 yrs, AND get new iPhone 16!
Above all, customer service is what Chris and his team are known for when helping out with all kinds of things: phone sales, phone help, home wifi, fixing problems and much more.
