Marketing Minute: Lisa Kretzer

Extending on Lisa’s presentation last week, she gave great examples of how to work referrals into all of the ways we communicate with our clients, prospects and folks in general. Whether in routine conversations, emails, and more, Lisa provided ways to easily refer her business or another NRG member. She even added more general ideas that we can all use and reword to fit our own styles.

Presenter: Shantae Russell

Shantae with Monroe Integrated Solutions used a current client situation to explain the evolution of phone communication, from POTS to VoIP. The customer is on an old system and needed Shantae update him to a more current one. Shantae was able to save his client over $900/month on his phone bill. He brought along some tools of the trade while relating the squirrelly issues throughout the project that’s still ongoing.

The takeaway? To best help his customers (and for us to help ours), we have to think about where you are, where you’re going and the need to be flexible to find solutions.
