Here's your April 🌷 class roundup!

Welcome to April, welcome to spring (or something like it)!

We’ve got TWO pay-what-you-can Conditioning Fridays this month — April 11 and 25 from 12:00-12:45.

We’ll be focusing on strength and mobility in the hips for balance, aplomb, and that gorgeous sense of resistance that makes your adage sing.

If possible, please bring with you:

  • a tennis or massage ball (should be larger and softer than a golf ball)

  • 2-3 medium towels, folded into a rectangle that’s a little wider than your hand.

  • a small inflatable ball (about 10 cm across) or an additional folded towel or small cushion

Have these props handy if you’ve got ‘em.

These classes are pay-what-you-can with a suggested rate of $0-25 per class. The lower end of the scale covers your class, while the higher end helps subsidize other participants. If it fits your budget, you can send an e-transfer to natashacoolen@gmail.com.
