Get moving in November, no snowshoes required!

The seasons are flying by, don't miss your chance to move better and dance stronger.

Hands up if you made hot chocolate and took it outside to enjoy the snow last weekend! ❄️ Maybe that was just me...

They say time goes by faster as you get older, but it feels like we transitioned from fall to winter in the blink of an eye. Thank you so much to everyone who joined me to ring in the changing of the seasons with some spooky ballet moves.

The seasons keep marching on, and so does ballet class. I’ve got two options for you to hop on Zoom and get moving this month, no snowshoes required:

1. Round two of Intro to Ballet runs November 15-December 6. I’ve got a new set of exercises to make the learning process smoother, and keep things fresh for those who want to keep learning and improving. Enrollment closes THURSDAY night.

2. PWYC ballet conditioning pop-up – YOU pick the topic and the time.

This all-levels workshop will help you understand the anatomy, feel healthy movement in your body, and apply it to ballet technique.

Hit reply to tell me what you wanna lear n about, and when you wanna do it:

TOPIC:

  • Dynamic core stability – the key to dancing longer, in less pain

  • Hip mobility and stability – the strength adult dancers need to jump safely

  • Turnout – the what, why, and how of rotation

  • Foot and ankle care – healthy dancing from plie to pointing

TIME:

  • Tuesday, November 25 7:00-8:00 pm

  • Friday, November 28 12:00-1:00 pm

  • Saturday, November 29 11:15-12:15 pm
