We've been wanting to brew a beer like this for a long time, and it's a beauty! Über Helles is a German-style Hellesbock lager and clocks in at 6.7% ABV. This pale lager is brewed with Pilsner, Vienna & Munich malts providing a solid malt-forward and toasty flavor profile. Oregon-grown Sterling hops add exquisite floral notes, spice and orange marmalade aromas. Think of it as a Helles for wintertime!

You know we love our west coast IPA's and J.R.R. Tolkien/Lord Of The Rings references, so here's BOMBADIL BRIGHT IPA!
Bombadil sits at a modest 6% ABV and is absolutely packed with huge pineapple, stonefruit, melon/mango and passionfruit brightness! This west coaster is light in body, eminently drinkable and finishes clean and crisp.
Hops: Chinook, Strata & Mosaic.
