We have brewed this beer every year with our good friends at Mr. Plywood and it celebrates a neighborhood working together. Ever since before we opened our doors, the folks at Mr. P have been helpful, friendly and supportive of what we do at MBW. We saw it fitting to commemorate our friendship with our neighbors by naming the beer in their honor. Over the years the recipe has changed a bit to reflect our current interests and tastes in lager brewing. This time around, we brewed this German-style Pilsner with German pilsner malt and yeast and the incredibly fruity and floral Santiam hops from our friends at Indie Hops. Cheers to the crew at Mr. P! They're the best!!
