In case you hadn't heard, MBW's "Lupulin Symphony IPA" was named among the best beers at the 24th annual Holiday Ale Festival! Our brewers collaborated together to brew something special just for the festival, and it's a hopheads dream come true. The malt flavor is restrained and the hop flavor is very tropical from Falconer's Flight hop additions. The aroma is dominated by passionfruit, grapefruit and pineapple from large dry hop additions of Vic Secret and Citra hops.
"Lupulin Symphony IPA" is available all week at the Holiday Ale Festival at Pioneer Courthouse Square. After that, plan on it being on tap at MBW taproom...we can't wait!
