Fresh Hop IPA is here!!

We brewed this Fresh Hop IPA with 60 pounds of fresh Citra hops from the Willamette Valley. Aromas of grapefruit, orange marmalade, sweet orange rind and strawberries dominate the senses. Slightly bitter with flavors of smooth graininess, sticky resins, citrus fruit and a dry finish. A tribute to the brewer’s favorite Miles Davis electric album, “In A Silent Way” from 1969.
