Bourbon Barrel Aged Beer

Montavilla Brew Works
Friday, November 18th!
In the heat of July, we decided to brew
a Strong Ale that honored our roots
and could be stashed away until the proper time.
The time is now.
What we came up with is a re-creation of a big beer that Michael brewed at the Green Dragon bistro many moons ago. Kinda like an Imperial Brown, kinda like a Barleywine, but really something that is all our own.
We look forward to sharing it with our fellow Montavillains
and all lovers of great, wintertime Strong Ales.
Brewed with several British malts, Horizon hops,
Irish yeast and Montavilla water.
