"Hey, why did you guys only brew one fresh hop this year?" - We got that question a lot this fresh hop season! The answer is a bit involved, but here it is: when Covid happened, we decided that the best thing to do would be to get our beer into cans as quickly as possible. For many of you that have been to the taproom and have seen the brewery, you know how small our footprint is. So, logistics being what they are these days, we can only get so much beer into cans so fast! Additionally, we had a lot of customers asking for specific beers that they couldn't get on tap any more, namely Red Krush, Bipartisan Porter and our IPA's.

Soooo, that being said, we only brewed one fresh hop because that's simply all we had room for! It was quality over quantity this year, but Stratamacue IPA has been a huge hit and we've only got about 10 cases left.
