Lines Dance Center Survey

Please consider taking this survey--Lines has specifically asked those of you who take or have taken my belly dance classes to take this survey, and I would love to have YOUR voice heard!

The Alonzo King LINES Dance Center is participating in an important study sponsored by The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation to better understand the diversity of Bay Area arts participants. Only a handful of students will be surveyed, therefore your response is critical to the study. In appreciation of your participation, you may enter a raffle drawing for a four-class card (valued at $52).
