• The infrastructure minister will seek approval for funding to reinstate the horse tram tracks from Broadway to the Sea Terminal at this month’s sitting of Tynwald.
• Tim Crookall will ask Tynwald to approve up to £2.5 million of funding with a £500,000 contingency budget.
