Manx Radio · Politics · 13:50 Onchan MHK wants Chief Minister position • Rob Callister sent a 16-page 'basic blueprint' to keys members for consideration. • An Onchan MHK has circulated his manifesto to become the Island’s next chief minister to members of the House of Keys. • It’s a 16-page ’basic blueprint’ which highlights his plans including a more effective government, sustainable healthcare, connectivity and building a stronger economy.

IoM Today · Island News · 17:24 Trial gets underway of boy, 15, accused of murder • Victim was unarmed and had arranged to meet a boy he had never met for what he thought would be a one-on-one fist fight, jury hears. • A young boy was brutally stabbed in a deliberate and frenzied’ attack after travelling to meet a child of the same age for a pre-arranged fight, a jury has heard. • The boy who stabbed him, now aged 15, is standing trial for murder, a charge to which he has pleaded not guilty.
