3FM · Law09:49 Sea Terminal arrests up by nearly half • The police say arrests at the Sea Terminal have increased by nearly half over the past year. • According to the chief constable’s annual report, the number of investigations at the capital’s port also rose from 55 to 91. • There were 90 arrests there, compared to 61 the previous year - a jump of 47.5 percent.

3FM · Politics07:06 More to be done on violence against women, says minister • The government says progress is being made on its Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy, but insists there is still more to be done. • In the House of Keys this week, Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson said it has introduced new laws covering deepfakes, revenge porn, non-consensual intimate images and strangulation, alongside measures to strengthen protections for victims of domestic and sexual abuse.

IoM Today · Sport13:46 Martin completes unique Parish Walk double at second attempt • He cycled the 85-mile route hours before undertaking Saturday’s annual walk. • Last year he completed the 85-mile route on his bike during the hours of darkness, but fell short after a further 67 miles on foot at Maughold and ended up in hospital with kidney failure. • Determined to complete the double challenge, he trained even more for this year’s attempt and walked a lot steadier, managing to complete it at around 6.30am on Sunday in a time of 22hr 29min 15sec (71st overall) his third finish.
