Preserve Your Family Photos Tue, Oct 13, 6:30 PM, Daviess County Library, 306 W Grand (use the west entrance). Free. Bring your phone.

Easy, painless, simple ways to:

• Cull. Toss the blurry shots, duplicates, and screenshots.
• Caption. One line: who, when, where, what was happening.
• Name the people. Every name. “Grandma” is not a name.
• Make a second copy. Somewhere safer than the phone alone.

Stay to the end for a chance at one of three 64GB USB drives, a safe second home for the photos you sort that night.

• Cleanup Day: 50 volunteers repainted the Square's lines and curbs.
