Just an FYI: Randy Horton, that whacked-out tRumpy from Mitchell County who disrupted our peaceful “No Kings” demonstration on Town Square this summer has another hearing at the Yancey courthouse on October 20th. I’d heard this from MountainIndivisible when I asked them if they expected King to repeat his performance at their next No Kings demonstration on Town Square October 18th. SO PLEASE SHOW UP AT THE COURTHOUSE ON OCTOBER 20TH.

My guess is that King (if he knows what’s good for him) won’t show up at our next No Kings demonstration. Fingers crossed.

If you can, please join us on the Square on Saturday, October 18th, from 12pm to 3pm, for the next No Kings event.

Please (and I don’t know if MountainIndivisible put this out as well):

A) Stay on the grass.

B) Stay off the sidewalks.

C) Hold signs; do not stick them into the ground.

D) If yet another jerk like King shows up, just laugh and if you feel like you absolutely have to engage, maybe yell something like you’re sorry about the size of his penis? Let him be the a$$hat, not you.

E) If you’re going to demonstrate by walking around the Square, do it in a clock-wise direction. Why? Because motor traffic going around the square is one-way - counter clockwise. If you walk the same direction they’re driving, they’re not going to see your signs.
