If you’re reading this, you’re probably familiar with what a “quarter” means in the business world. It’s where you divide the year into 4 parts, each made up of three month chunks, and set reasonable goals and objectives to slowly drive your team mad by taking at least three months deciding on the team’s goals and objectives.
