Strength
Bible Verse of the Day:
"But those who hope in The LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." ~Isaiah 40:31
You are strong.
Thank you, Lord.
We so often ask God for strength (and for just reason), that at times we forget how strong we are already. Thank you, Lord.
Let's take a hot sec and praise God for the strength He has already given us.
If you have experienced the death of a loved one, and every step you take hurts, but you are moving forward with their memory in your heart, you are strong.
If you are struggling to pay your bills, not knowing how you are going to get all of them paid next month, but you are determined to get it done, you are strong.
If you are fighting through depression, and you got out of bed today, you are strong. In today's world with all the stress, setbacks, and challenges, that alone can be courageous. You are strong.
If you are battling an addiction with every ounce of your being, you are strong.
If you are loving someone from afar who is battling an addiction, you are strong.
If you left an employer to begin a new job, or business, you are strong.
If you left that relationship that crushed your heart, you are strong.
If you have been disappointed, betrayed, or hurt by others, but still see the goodness in people, you are strong.
If you are alone, but you still count your blessings every single day with a sense of gratitude, you are strong.
You see where I'm going here, right?
You are already made strong by God in oh-so-many ways. Praise God. He loves you and cares for you so much.
He is right there with you every single day guiding your steps, and giving you the strength to climb that mountain.
Just because you might be down in a valley at the moment doesn't mean you won't soon be standing on the mountaintop.
God can change things in a second.
Stay prayerful and strong out there.
Much Love,
