Greetings and blessings to you on this beautiful Ash Wednesday.

May you always remember that the faithful love of The Lord never ends.

Today marks the beginning of Lent; a period of reflection, reverence, repentance, and prayer.

It is a time to lay down the weight of some of the vices that encumber us, and begin a journey of self-reflection.

Ash Wednesday and the Lenten Season are an invitation for us to come before The Father honestly and humbly, setting aside the worldly things that weigh us down, and walk with Jesus during His last days on earth.

Lent is a journey. A journey that ends with the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

It is a time to remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.
