Listen Here #22: Tomberlin, The Innocence Mission, Damien Jurado
Hello friends,
It was Memorial Day weekend, here in the States, a day traditionally centered around members of the U.S. Armed Forces. I don’t particularly care about that aspect of the holiday, but I am visiting family, and yesterday, we did a marathon tour of family grave sites. We went to five different cemeteries in the greater Seattle area (perhaps too many, but it was also nice to knock them all of the list). The spring flowers are all in bloom, the cemeteries were really green and peaceful and it was gorgeous weather.
For you, my friends, three soft songs about memory and love.
Mwah,
<3 Lauren
