Library Comic: Tip: Follow a formal collection development plan.

Here’s the last of the conference tips from this week, a “special” mask-free edition for newsletter subscribers. Willow created two editions, one masked and one not, and then we gave the masked versions to ALA (since masks are required at the show this year).
