Final Event! (?)
Hi friends,
I’m just popping in to let you know that next Wednesday, September 24, I’ll be reading at Gallery 40 in Poughkeepsie, NY as part of their Words on Wednesday author series. I’ll be joined by my dear friend Gwynne Watkins, who is a writer, playwright, journalist AND teaching artist here in Beacon. We will talk about writing about women, writing about spirituality, writing about women AND spirituality, and other stuff too, I’m sure.
This is my final scheduled event for the foreseeable future; I’m happy to report that my freelance editing work has been picking up quite a bit lately, and I am starting to feel like I need a break from events around Ordinary Devotion (I am super proud of this book, truly, but I don’t love talking about myself and my work!).
See you in Poughkeepsie, perhaps?
