I spent a week away from home dog sitting and house sitting for my friend earlier this month. I prepared for my trip by reflecting on Cody Cook-Parrott’s How to Not Always Be Working, which reminded me that I wanted to actually take some time off versus filling my week with work (including sneaky work, which writing can sometimes be).
