Friday Summary 25/06/2021
Good evening!
Just from the get-go, I know I’ve published very little this week, and I do apologise if that’s been disappointing, but I do promise it’s the calm before a tremendous storm. I’ve been writing a lot, but it’s all on longer form content behind the scenes; I’ve also another piece queued for a publication on Medium coming up soon, which is an adaptation of my TweetFic, Belle Flees Her Bounty!
As far as the longform content goes, though, I can promise there’s soon going to be another instalment of Poole and the Pirates, and there’s also going to be another messy and NASTY boy based out of Lashton, once more of the criminal element - which will mean a little more of Pike and Osgodby too, albeit from an unusual angle!
I was also delighted and privileged to be invited to join C.M. Rosens this week on her podcast, Eldritch Girl, where we talked about monstrous relationships, monstrous bodies, and of course, the nature of monstrosity for over an hour! There’s an excerpt from Powder and Feathers and a lot of discussion of P&F, but also about Magic Beholden as a whole.
