Greetings Everyone,

I’m late getting out the reminder for cocktail night, apologies. Those of you that don’t know, my day job is teaching at Lake Area Technical College, and next week is graduation. So, I’m quite busy finishing things up. Making you some tasty adult beverages tonight will be a nice break. We start at 6pm at Dempsey’s.

Just a quick look ahead, we’ll have cocktails again in two weeks on May 21. But then, I’ll be taking a little hiatus. I suspect Dempsey’s will continue with their summer cocktail series, which will be awesome. Perhaps I’ll sit WITH you instead of mixing! I’ll likely jump in the mix at some point.
