100%!!

Wow, we funded 100% in under 36 hours. That’s damn good, y’all.
The comments and support have been grand. It’s always scary to put something new out in the world, but I’m thrilled that it’s been received so positively.

And we are learning a lot in this process. I’ve heard the old adage that “you only learn by making mistakes” quite a bit of late, and we will try to fix what we can.
One thing we didn’t include in the reward options was a bundle that included both all the print versions of issue #1 PLUS the full limited series in PDF, so we’ve added the Royal Flush Deal for those who might want to combine them.

We plan to feature our artists - Tomás Aira, of course, and also our variant cover artists, Diego Giribaldi and Mato Saw - in the near future.

THE BLACK DOG AND THE WANDERING BOY
I also want to call attention to James McMurtry’s new album, The Black Dog and the Wandering Boy, available on Bandcamp. McMurtry is one of the treasures I discovered down in Austin, Texas. Here’s part of a review of the new album:
“A James McMurtry song almost always starts with character and setting, just like the works of his pops, legendary Texas novelist Larry McMurtry. You’ve got to believe that at the age of 63 and nearly four decades into his career, James is probably done with the comparisons. But it’s an apt one nonetheless, whether the younger McMurtry is making fiction, or singing about his own life like in the new song “Sailing Away” that makes references to opening for Jason Isbell, and finds James wondering openly if trying to remain a relevant musician is even worth it anymore.”

MAGNITUDE
My friend Victor Jimenez’s first novel, MAGNITUDE, is now available, if you want a technothriller with some of that classic SF vibe!
Available at Amazon here.
