See You at Balticon...
...plus rats and hopepunk

Balticon Ho!
This post is going to make you all question my sanity. I love being on panels. I adore being on panels all day.
Go ahead and question my sanity, but here is my “final” (subject to emergency change) Balticon schedule:

Friday, 10:00pm “Dice Goblins Anonymous”

Don’t worry, there’s a break between all of those panels and I do have time to eat! And maybe even sleep…
…and I’m free a good chunk of Saturday if people want to hang.
Earth 2100
The Earth 2100 hopepunk anthology is now available, with a bunch of stories expressing different hopes for the future.
I like all of these stories - Coatsworth puts together a really good anthology, especially for a small press. I want Other Worlds to become more and more successful (and then be able to pay more and attract better writers!)
Rattus Futura
Rattus Futura from Manawaker Press is also now available…including in hardcover! This book explores our ambiguous relationship with rodents through a variety of stories, not all of them about rats.
I really like this anthology and am proud to be a part of it. Yes, there are capybaras. Surprisingly, there are no squirrels. Did everyone else think there would be too many squirrel stories?
Hoping to have more news soon!
