Seasons Greetings

I hope everyone ate too much this week…we had pirogi on Christmas Eve. The Slovak kind. Hand made. From scratch. Because we’re that kind of crazy.
(For those not connoisseurs, Slovak and Hungarian pirogi are little bite-sized dumplings, not the much bigger Polish-style ones most Americans are familiar with).
And then we had a mid west beef roast on Christmas Day because neither of us really felt like doing anything complicated…beef roast with onion soup mix.
And cookies. Don’t forget the cookies.
Now I’m done making you hungry - I don’t really have any news because, of course, publishing is on vacation this week ;).
Starting to look towards 2026. Which had better be better.
