Rats and...Oops?
Update to my Farpoint schedule

Okay, that’s not a rat, but it’s a rodent…specifically it’s a capybara! A very brave one looking for human food to steal.
This is in honor of the fact that my story “Angel’s World” has been accepted into the Rattus Futura anthology from Manawaker Studios.
It’s an anthology of science fiction stories about rodents. I hope somebody did a capybara story. I did a beaver story…that’s also about ecological engineering, colonization, and the way we have long exploited rodents.
Everyone reading this has had a lab rat or lab mouse die for them. Everyone.
In other news…for the first time since I’ve been doing this, a con had to change my schedule after it was announced.
Once More Into The Leap has been moved from Sunday at 10am to Saturday at 4pm. I’m not too upset about losing a 10am panel…especially at 10am after the dance party…just saying.
(What I’m not looking forward to is finding the new hotel. However, I am intrigued by the Uzbek Kebab shop half a mile away. And tempted by the New York bagelry with a very Jewish name attached…but that would mean going somewhere for breakfast…but lox…but lox…)
