No, There Has Always Been Kissing In Your Science Fiction

But there is absolutely nothing new about science fiction kissing books.
Because people have been telling love stories forever. Unless you're aroace (love you all), romance and intimacy is likely to be an important part of your life...or possibly something you choose to eschew.
So, what is the history of science fiction romance (not scientific romance, which was the term for science fiction before Gernsback)? Why is it...you know...viewed as something new?
