Happy New Year

My standard New Year’s blessing is this: May 2025 be better in all ways than 2024.

I know quite a few people for whom that is a sadly low bar. Seems that everyone I know has had some tale of woe this year.

So, yes, I truly hope 2025 will be better for everyone. It might not seem to be hugely hopeful…the world in general is a bit of a mess.

But I believe it can happen.

I’ll be back to celebrate New Year’s, but this will be my last personal update of 2024.

I do have an actual update…although much belated, I received my invite to participate in RavenCon (north of Richmond) in 2025. Hope to see some of you there in April.

Can we convince the hotel to sell ice cream again? Maybe?
