Guns and...

Wynonna Earp 1.9 "Bury With My Guns On"
Revenge isn't as sweet as Wynonna thinks. Or as Doc thinks. She's celebrating, but she's not steady.
Which is why she fails a PTSD test and is put on leave to recover...which, well...
Gus is selling Shorty's to try and get Waverly to have a normal life.
Oh, and lesbians.
And half-demons. Don't forget the half-demons.
Doc dies if the witch does, so they torture her. Bury her up to the neck. I can't say she doesn't deserve it, but I suspect one day he'll come back to kill her.
Dolls then fakes a second assessment to get Wynonna back on the job. This doesn't seem wise to me.
At least, though, they address the mental health issues of this kind of work. I've been screened for PTSD (although less extensively) and it was not a bad representation at all.
Wynonna Earp 1.10 "She Wouldn't Be Gone"
Shorty's is now a Nazi bar, well, a revenant bar.
And Lou has shown up. Who's Lou? A cult leader who has a pet skinwalker. Okay, to be blunt, I don't know enough to know if this is respectful or not. Sadly, I'm leaning not. Also, they got the bear from Bears 'R' Us.
And it seems they're all murdered runaways.
Murdered girls.
So, guess who has now shown up? Able to use Peacemaker and everything? Albeit with no memories.
The plot truly, truly thickens. Willa's supposed to be the good heir, but...I don't think she is, not really.
Wynonna Earp 1.11 "Landslide"
Okay, so...what's with the brides of Dracula? Like...seriously. They're revenant hookers or something.
Doc tries to leave, but gets talked into helping Wynonna out by some guy named Juan Carlo.
Willa is out of control. but here's the real issue.
So.
There's only one heir. Waverly can't use Peacemaker (unless something happens to Wynonna).
Willa can use Peacemaker. So can Wynonna.
This says that Willa actually did die...but it doesn't seem to be a Buffy sit where she very technically dies.
So...what's going on? It's not so much that I don't trust Willa as I don't know what is going on with her. She's obviously not some kind of revenant.
(Here's the other issue. Is daddy a revenant now, if they don't break the curse?)
Oh, and Cryderman wants Dolls dead.
Wynonna Earp 1.12 "House of Memories"
So, apparently wiping the heir's memory causes it to pass on, but now Willa's back its gone back? That makes no sense, but whatever.
Willa is not the good sister. Turns out she tormented Waverly. She's also completely out of control. Oh, and possibly a little bit homophobic. And...dating Bobo? What a mess.
Oh, and Dolls is a better choice than Doc, Wynonna. Marginally. You have a type, girl.
Wynonna, meanwhile, has to deal with Bobo setting the entire town on her.
Can Purgatory survive this? I don't know. One more episode in season one...
Wynona Earp 1.13 "I Walk the Line"
Willa and Bobo can't leave because somebody stole Peacemaker. Somebody called Waverly. (You aren't even an Earp - so who's her actual dad? Is her actual dad human?)
Dolls is apparently a berserker, because of course he is.
So, now Bobo and Willa are heading out of town, and if they successfully leave, Purgatory will be destroyed. And now we know why...there's a <censored> Old One waiting outside trying to get in.
Black Badge is determined to study Bobo...or rather what happens when he crosses the line, but Wynonna gets there in time.
And, it seems, the Ghost River Triangle stops evil in both directions. And, yeah, there's an Old One. We'll see where this goes...
