Capclave!
Kinda craving the desert today. Where I am going is Capclave. Please swing by the Rantings of a Wandering Mind table and buy a book or three from me and/or Joab Stieglitz - we need to pay for the table ;).
I’m also going to have flyers for Authors Against Book Bans, which all authors and cartoonists should be joining. Even if you don’t have the energy to actually do anything, your membership helps authors who are facing having their books challenged feel less alone. Also, the flyers were made by Maia Kobebe, the talented cartoonist who wrote the infamous Gender Queer, so they are really pretty.
I will be giving an online reading through Strong Women Strange Worlds at noon on October 3. You can find out more details on their website or my social media. I’ll be reading from Kyx, of course.
