One of the things I see a lot is fantasy writers using horses for everything because it's the only beast of burden I know.

So I figured I'd do a post about the various other animals we use on this planet, excluding horses, donkeys, and mules (although please remember mules exist, I absolutely love when I come across a mule in a book!).
