At Philcon

By the time you read this I’ll be at Philcon.
A reminder of my schedule:
Friday, 6pm - Climate Change Fiction vs Climate Change Reality
Saturday, 11am - Signing
Saturday, noon - Scrabbling for Representation
Saturday, 1pm - Writing For Aliens: Realistic yet Relatable Perspectives
Saturday, 3pm - Ncuti Gatwa: Bringin’ the Fun Back to Doctor Who
Saturday, 5pm - Was Zardoz All That Bad?
Sunday, 10am - Reading (Likely from Kyx)
Sunday, noon - Hopepunk in Dystopian Times
Sunday, 1pm - Gods and their Wars
(Just realized I’ll have to drag my signing case to TWO panels. Might have to leave my signing early if I don’t have customers).
As for my aunt’s wedding. She’s 68 and she out partied me. Okay, only because I thought 11am was a reasonable train time for the next morning because she’s 68 and I didn’t think she would stay up that late.
I got to meet my cousin Claire’s owl, Artie. He’s hoo-ge. Saw Wicked on the West End. Lots of birds, including rare willow tits and a swan that attempted to mug me. Please don’t feed swans, people!
Hopefully when I’ll get back I’ll be able to get the final edits done on Council and then get Verr out for a Christmas release.
