Earth’s not that unique…and we probably aren’t unique either. Given the sheer size of the universe, likely there are other people, on other planets, looking up at the stars just like we do.

But there’s one celestial phenomenon most of them probably don’t get to see.

A solar eclipse.

It’s possible that solar eclipses, at least total ones, are unique not just to Earth but to this time in Earth’s history.

So, let’s pop on our eclipse glasses and take a look.
